Nata & Co is a Portuguese bakery. Baking is their passion! They use only the finest and freshest ingredients to create pastries and bread that will fill your belly and warm your heart. They currently have 5 different shops across Cardiff where you can find the famous Pastel de Nata.

TSW is currently based at the Cardiff Metropolitan University - School of Sport and Health Sciences' Sports Hall. They offer us high standard facilities to run both the Division 1 squad and Junior's sessions.
The relationship between the club and the university has become progressively stronger since TSW linked the Juniors' squad to the Cardiff Met Academy. Find out more here!
