Division 2 Team
We consist of a number of experienced players from England NVL and international leagues, and former junior players. We work hard with a team of committed international coaches. We now play at NVL's Division 2 South.

Training Sessions
We have two training sessions per week:

Team Ethos
We are called ‘TEAM South Wales’ for a reason: we value the team above everything. The team is more than the sum of the individuals. It’s about sharing, commitment, compromising, and understanding that each individual involved in the club has a unique and special place in the team, contributing towards improving it.
Additionally, we are a performance-based team that focuses on the process, rather than the final result. We put all our heart (and sweat!) in the training sessions, and we enjoy the journey. We aim to improve ourselves as individuals and as a team. The results are a consequence of such hard work.
